Barring powerlifters in 2 years I have more or less become one of the strongest people in my gym. I regularly bench 100 kgs for 10-12 reps and can do multiple weighted chin ups and pull ups. I have shown proof to a few users in the dms, older videos when I was gym rotting now im weaker because of th4 cut. There are only a hand ful of people who are stronger than me at the gym mostly roid maxxers, state level power lifters and 2-3 genetic freaks.

How much do you seated dumbbell shoulder press?
40 kgs for 7-8 reps but I don't do it when I'm seated and I don't do one rep max on shoulder press because I don't feel comfortable loading weights on my shoulder blades. What's yours?

Yea. There's a guy at my gym who is like 85 kgs at best with a weird lanky build but he is strong as hell. He benches more than me.

I feel you. Even my lifts are suffering because of the extreme deficit but in the end it's going to be worth it

No lmao. Planche push-ups and handstands i have no chance I have tried once but failed miserably. One arm pulls I can but with poor form because of my weight.

I have lost weight since those were taken. My aim is to get to 15% bf by the summer of next year. I think 15% bf is sustainable for me.

Really there. I'm 20 almost 21 and there's an 18 year old powerlifter who trains at my gym who is stronger but he admitted to me that he is on dbol.

What I never understood is how these niggas are able to pull so much weight while lacking mass?. Like I know strength is dependent on CNS but how is a nigga that looks dyel able to deadlift 4 plates

what body fat are you ? I think hitting 140kg whilst lean (10-12percent) would be ideal

Honestly its largely internal moment arms

e.g. its much harder to open a door pulling near the hinges than if you pulled at the edge far from the hinges even if you pull with the same force. So if your muscles attach to the bones farther from the joints it creates more force (torque) around the joint

I have hypermobility so I can’t do too much strength training out side of weighted pull ups

Meanwhile there’s me im big asf yet don’t go beyond 80-100kg cos I don’t like putting in that much effort

I could curl 30 kgs in each hand when I went to the gym for the first time at 14 it isn't hard
