I am starting my 15 day water fast from today

I have done a 11 day water fast back in December 2022. it was easy cause i have been on OMAD from 2014.


Now i am starting my 15 day water fast.

my regime will be the same as the 11 days water fast like this:

1. no food.
2. main drink - loose leaf green tea with lime. about six liters of that every day.
3. one electrolyte supplement packet everyday for electrolytes , each packet has zero sugar.
4. one 40 mg zinc tablet and one multivitamin tablet before going to bed.
5. no weight lifting , only pull ups , push ups and jumping ropes as workout.


The benefits i got previously :

1. Visible six pack abs
2. rock hard erections
3. sleep schedule got fixed.

the maximum time i went without eating was 24 hours and i remeber that i even dreamed about food during the fast.

first do intermittent fasting , then switch to one mill a day .

i have been on one mill a day from 2014. so water fasting is easy for me.

if you just jump to water fasting from shit diet , its gonna be hard.

goddamn nigga longest ive gone on dry fast is 60 hours.

when i did the 24h fast I only ate like, a bread and a glass of milk before starting the fast, thats why it was kinda hard

did a 36hr water fast ab a month ago. super benefits. now i'm planning for a 7 day water fast

did you lose any hair from this? I wanna eat like 800 cals mabye less for a week only then go back to maintenance but my hair is such a halo and i really don’t wanna lose or shed any of it

I shaved my head before doing this and continued shaving each night before bed.
