I have done a 11 day water fast back in December 2022. it was easy cause i have been on OMAD from 2014.
Now i am starting my 15 day water fast.
my regime will be the same as the 11 days water fast like this:
1. no food.
2. main drink - loose leaf green tea with lime. about six liters of that every day.
3. one electrolyte supplement packet everyday for electrolytes , each packet has zero sugar.
4. one 40 mg zinc tablet and one multivitamin tablet before going to bed.
5. no weight lifting , only pull ups , push ups and jumping ropes as workout.
The benefits i got previously :
1. Visible six pack abs
2. rock hard erections
3. sleep schedule got fixed.
