Okay. I wanted to skip breakfast and have coffee everyday to suppress appetite but i just realised i dont have any coffee left so uh idk what to do. Will black tea or green tea replace coffee? They also have l theanine in it.

I just had pasta and ground beef. From tomorrow, no pasta rice or bullshit gluten carbs. I wanna fuck fat asses so im tryna get lean.
