I drank 2 x 120ml (2 x 1/2 cup)

I will drink that amount because my body needs to get used to it

I'm also making a batch of Homemade Raw Kefir with that Raw Milk,

idk if it differs from person to person but I drink one cup in the morning then during the day I might have an another cup
