I'm turning 20 in half a year and I still feel like I have the life experience of a 14 year old. Honestly nothing stresses me out more than getting older and losing opportunities.

Just think of getting older as a gateway to opening more doors for you.

I'm 30 in about 3 weeks. I did nothing but rot in my room for over 10 years. I'm not kidding you.

In some ways it can be but when you miss out on milestones you're supposed to have hit earlier in life they can be hard to capitalise on.

This is what I'm scared of doing because that's what I did for most my teenage years

Same. But many if not most people feel like this at a certain age, so don't worry all too much.

Do what you gotta do and avoid the NEET-trap. Reality is you'll always feel like you're behind.

That depends on your overall trajectory though

Which ofc, does somewhat hinge upon hitting certain milestones.

However, you can at least set yourself up better by looksmaxxing, moneymaxxing, etc.

A lot of people say that College is the last time to be social, which does have truth in it but also is somewhat not true. There's people who can form social groups by unironically joining some club, taking up a hobby, etc. which is what I'm considering doing.

Geez, I'm sorry bro- life has not been fair to you and I.

I hate to sound like an asshole, but that makes me feel better about being 22....

I saw some monk talk about the way to deal with this, it was something along the lines of: "A 33 year old says he wishes he was 18 again, but then imagine you're 80 and look back" which amounts to basically the usual "seize the moment, live in the moment, etc"

Dude, and the older you get the more time flies by

Even if you are busy with stuff you hate, it still flies by.

I honestly hate how much I procrastinated, it's my biggest self-destruction and I hate it as much as my non-NTness/Autism

The older you get, the worse this becomes, and the more regrets sink in.

Time is literally against us, I hate it so much. Time is the enemy of a man I'd say, though it at least can give foids a comeuppance. :feelshah:

As Jake Davidson said, everything in life feels numb as you grow older. :blackpill:

Rakesh, please don't derail a thread

You're brethren from the subcontinent who constitute a major demographic here have a habit of this- so let's change it so maybe you guys don't get shit on so much. :feelshehe:

This is true, and It is somewhat motivating

However, the blackpill here is the fact of the matter that many of us -due to being non-NT- have self-destructive habits of procrastination which I do, and also tend to live in the past.

Harmful, but it also is us acknowledging the fact of the matter that a lot of what we are undergoing is a result of the past, and we should try to find some balance.

Well it’s always comforting to remember that even if i do become a bum i can always go on a killing rampage and try to kill as many people as i can without getting caught. But if i fail at even that then i’d just fucking rope.
How's Langley? Didn't realize they made you guys work on holidays, my condolences.

I hope that post works for you :feelsautistic: as for me, i got motivated for all of 2 minutes and will likely go back to procrastinating and wallowing in self pity

Dude, he's still pretty young

I'm sick of all this crab-bucket mentality here, it's pathetic and honestly pretty ((()))

As I said above- unless you're a legit 3/10 and/or extremely autistic you do have some slim chances.
What makes you think i’m CIA you fucking nigger

Seriously though, it would be an insane experience. And being known for it is even better. Do you know how many people fail? It would be so thrilling to succeed.
