I cannot start any conversation with anyone other than people ik already and i will put my head down to look at my phone because i do not want people seeing my face and i wont go out unless i absolutely have to and i am only 15 it will only get worse from here my life is ruined i blame discord and tiktok and this forum for my brain literally rotting and me getting autism i will never be NT

i was going to a therapist for a while for this reason to but i stopped going after a month because it felt like a chore to get up and go it was and still is hell waking up
