I am too cheap with money

If I spend money I instantly feel bad and want to make it right back I dont waste money unless I made the money back so I am always going up not down

Spending money in youth is more beneficial than hoarding as it solidifies something in your brain to have restrictions later on in life which is really bad or something like that idk I saw a vid on it
