First of all i'm not 100% sure on the definition of "ascension" but if its having sex then yes i've "ascended. Let me tell you why its not worth. And how to get women in a way its actually worth.
1. THE FUCKING EFFORT IT TOOK
It might have not taken much time from me, but alot, and i mean alot of stress and effort. It took me about 1.5 weeks after downloading tinder to get laid. I know you're all saying "stfu dude i've been trying for x amount of years and still no luck" I know, but i'm just stating my experience. I had to go buy a tv, i had to buy alot of junk food that i'm not gonna eat just for her, i had to stress alot about what to say or "am i playing this cool" all this effort couldve went to actually developing yourself mentally and physically.
Bitches will come to you, if you have a purpose and determination to reach a goal you have in your mind.
2. The less you care the more she cares
I know this sounds like some pua shit, but just listen for an example of what happened to me. I went out on a date with this girl, at the end of the date we kissed. I hit her up the next day to Netflix and chill tomorrow, she says she can't make it tomorrow but she can right now today. I tell her i was going to the gym, but i guess i can cancel it. She instantly gets turned off and says "if you were going to the gym, don't worry about it, i don't wanna ruin your plans" i tell her "i already told my friend we can go later" She responds "just go to the gym, don't worry about it". I was a little bitch, because i cared too much about her/getting laid. What would a man that had actually something going on say? "I'm going to the gym, can't make it today, maybe some other time." That would've turned her on 100% because she knows this guy has something of his own going on, he doesn't need me to live his life. Another example of this actually working. Same scenario, date, kissed, hit her up the next day to netflix and chill she says "yeah sure i can come at 8" 8pm rolls around she's no where to be found. i ask her "whats up, where r u?" she says "sorry, i can't make it, gotta wait for my mom to come home." I just send her "Ok" and leave it at that. Don't message her for a day. Wake up one morning from snap from her "do you want me to come over tonight?" This is sort of anecdotal evidence, but i'm telling you this is how the female mind works.
3. How to actually attract women effortlessly
Very simple, have a purpose or a passion. This is something YOU have to find yourself. It could me sports, acting, a certain job, anything really. For my self i'm trying to become the heavyweight champion of the world (stfu about "oh your so delusional you're never gonna make it.). I'm only focused on that atm, Training, nutrition and recovery. Once you have your purpose in life, the woman becomes secondary, and she will know, she's not number 1. You don't even have to succeed in it,

You can have sex, just don't put all of your eggs in one basket, in this scenario don't put any eggs into the female basket.
