When i debloated I turn into low-htn
After I put on lean muscles with broader shoulders, wider back, thicker neck and oral minox i ascended mid-htn
Ascension isn’t hard if you are willing to put works

Well anyways I was high LTN this morning but I'm a bit bloated rn and that bumped me down to low-mid LTN. I will avoid going out for a few hours, women can tell.
