I have a source on that fasting is not good but it’s done on rats so it’s probably not true. Ive read everywhere that MK-667 takes long to make differences and that the differences are minimal and that mk makes your appetite go up so higher chance you'll binge eat if you cant resist normally. You also need to check insulin every once in a while i think, it’s not really worth it but I’m thinking about taking it aswell because even if it helps a little its decent for me. Also easier to hide and use than peptides.

25 mg of MK is around 2 ius of HGH, and thats nothing, plus the other stuff dont significantly increase hgh

Wouldn't it atleast help if I'm a gymcel like for muscles and recovery and shit? Im thinking of starting slowly with mk and then other peptides isn't this a better and safer approach? And peptides would help with bones atleast.

As someone who has taken mk 677 took hgh did everything i experienced the modest height gains of 2-3 cms which was not worth the goblin ears i have now growth hormone only gives 6-8 cms to kids with iss what makes you think it'll give the same to someone normal like you or me

I also don’t believe it will give me 5,5-8ius because that’s extremely high. But 4-5iu’s which is still a good amount and also realistic could be reachable
