thanks i will be using thisThis is my current PPL split, a lot of these you can do modified with dumbells if you lift from hme and have limited equipment:
Push:
- Incline dumbell press
- Chest press
- Butterly pec-dec
- Tricep pushdown
- Shoulder press
- Overhead tricep extension
Pull:
Lat Pulldown
Bent over rows
Rear delt dumbell fly
Bicep cable or ez bar curl
Dumbell hammer curl
Dumbell wrist extensions
Legs:
Calf raises
Leg press
Leg extension
Leg curl
Crunches
Back extentions
