in 90% circumstances in which other people talk, i do not or i just say yeah or smile

i often won't greet people if i know them in public

i don't really converse either. i don't to anyone except my friends at length. no eye contact either, and i'm very quiet and have trouble formulating sentences.

idk why the urge doesn't come to me at all. it's not shyness mostly, it's just having no instinct.

I developed some kind of stuttering from getting out of the habit of speaking because of social isolation. Got better but it's still hard to elaborate long sentences. I am a fucking trash.
