close to 15% right now and i look gaunt af, skin looks much worse cause the acne scars are much kore prominent, undereyes look hallow af, neck is skinny, i just look sick.
At 22% bf i looked much better, and plump, me eyes looked amazing, the only good thing is ky zygos and hollow cheeks are much more prominent now but i look like a drugie, low bf isn't for people with shit skin tbh
