Ye it's mostly a cope it won't turn you into a Chad. But for me, it's very beneficial since the cold exposure helps fade the blood vessels in my PIE scars.

I have heard 1.5mm or 2mm dermaroller once every 6 weeks or so is good for reducing scarring.
