It’s not a cope, the facial muscles are just like any other, you can train them. It depends on each face though if it will have noticable improvement as masseter hypertrophy can help some and others don’t need it

I only got myself the expert one recently as the advanced one broke after 3.5 months. Even the advanced was very hard for me to jew on at the start, be careful with the expert. Only chew with your back molars, the other teeth are sharp and reduce the device’s lifespan

Thanks. So expert should be fine if I get used to it? It was quite expensive so I wanted to get the best one. And are you saying I should put it at the very back of my mouth?

Should be fine just be careful at the beginning, it IS tough, don’t injure yourself. Start with only 1-2 minutes and build up from there

You probably wont look good with big masseters then. Not guaranteed, but big masseters will always look better while lean

I had this thing as a 16-17 year old and used it regularly. I have an amazing jaw but idk It came from that. Cuz overall I was a later bloomer.

Be careful with this device, because it your masseters get too big they can give your face roundish appearance. Of course, this depends on your masseter insertions
