I broke my jaw

Doctors recommend plastic surgery, is there anything I should ask on top of what they are gonna do.

My jaw is kinda small my palate is kinda narrow even tho I had marpe and braces growing up, I’m lost on even what to ask

My jaw is *narrow. My face is also long and my gonial angle is slightly downward. Picture does not help that fact as the lighting is kinda peak. My upper maxilla is flat. Any recommendations for the plastic surgeon???
