If you don't pair it with Minoxidil, yeah. If it was a high quality derma-pen, then I would say stick with it.
Get a dermastamp and 5% Minoxidil (Topical).
Also, don't dermastamp/dermaroll every day, just once a week is fine, otherwise you'll scar your face.
