I’ve using tretinoin since Saturday, today I woke up and my face was literally red, I tried to put moisturizer but it hurts, what can I do?

you've been overdoing it. Take a break until it heals and then start to build it up slowly

jfl i started immediately with tret daily since 2 months ago and ive never experienced that, ur skins probably too sensitive

My skin was red as fuck when I first started doing tretinoin. Only apply to the places where you have acne. If you apply it all over it'll burn the parts of your face that are clear already. I apply it every other day, and just use moisturizer on the days when I don't.
