Coding barely needs any resources you can do it on a literally a 15-year old shit box without issue. When I called him out he said he needed it for running LLMs, ML, and AI tasks. Sure those are resource heavy sure but why wouldnt you jus can rent cloud resources on Google Colab or Kaggle for way cheaper than running it locally that is going to be slower and inferior anyway. Just buy a normal Laptop and that is more than enough or if your like me a few years ago buy a Laptop that is rather basic and then go and do modifications.
