I can detect men’s suffering

Usually this mainly only applies to ltns and occasionally mtns however there have been exceptions. So sometimes when I’ll be in public I’ll see a guy and I can just kind of telepathically sense that he’s struggling in life at the moment. Sometimes it almost brings me to tears and I want to ask him if he’s ok, in which I’ve done before. Even if they weren’t sad or just didn’t admit to it they were still happy that someone cared enough about them and we’d often end up having a good chat. Does anyone else have this ability, it only works with males though. I can’t really sense emotions in women unless it’s very obvious. Look out for other guys, sometimes all a dude needs is for someone to ask if he’s ok.
