I’m diagnosed, I think a lot of autists usually have adhd as well.
Sensory issues are also very common, my brain can’t funnel out stimuli properly.
I think it improves my pattern recognition but it’s so fucking annoying when I constantly feel everything touching my skin and my toes/fingers being together. It’s more than just that but if I started explaining everything I’d be here all day.
