Yeah I just put mine in a cup you can mix the eggs milk with a spoon and add some raw honey because raw milk tastes kinda earthy/creamy and the egg yolk too (it'll be insanely thick)

but if you hold your breath hard and drink it fast, you won't want to die tbh

I've been drinking non stop and I never had a single problem, same with some cuts of raw meat

u can make carpaccio, steak tartar, sashimi, etc. (instead of putting the egg yolks with the milk)
