I CAN ONLY HOLD RETARDED CONVERSATIONS

Literaly the only way I can hold a conversation with anyone for longer than a minute is if I keep stacking a bunch of retarded brainroted sentences together to fuck with them. I actualy dont know what to do, can anyone tell me how to have a normal conversation with people, I just cant find anything else to talk about. I hear people around me talking about this or that school ohh this guy did this and this happened. I dont really care about these things and even if i did want to talk to anyone, I cant really keep a conversation going for long. What do I do please give me tips.
