Yeah it feels so shitty but for some reason the nicotine rush is addictive, short acting stuff is typically very addictive. What do you mean about caffeine? I drink 2 strong turkish coffees, about 330mg caffeine and i become hyperactive, talkative, awake and sometimes shaky
