I just came home from the gym. It was leg day today. I could barely get through half the exercises and I felt like fainting. I took a 10 min break and did some stretching to cool down but when I started the set I immediately felt dizzy and as if I was gonna a pass out if I didn’t stop. I had 2 eggs and a bowl of Greek yoghurt before going to the gym, so food is not the problem. I feel like this happens so often. How come I always feel tired when training legs? I take pwo sometimes but the caffeine just makes me feel worse. Can anyone relate, and do you have any advice how I can finish my sets ?

It might be frying your nervous system. You can try and do my isolation exercises if the squats and multipoint movements are wearing you out. Squats is triple-jointed so your pushing with your whole body.

What do you mean by frying my nervous system?

Stop doing all your leg exercises in one day. I include 6 sets of varied leg exercises into each of my three resistance training workouts (chest/back/misc)
