i do calisthenics in my home gym
push pull abs i dont train legs
i do hanging leg raises to failure for 6 reps and 3x front lever holds to failure for abs
max weighted dip is 52 kg added to bw
max weighted pullup is 42 kg added to bw for 2 reps
i also do handstand pushups like alphadestiny and 5 sets of lateral raises to failure for wider shoulders

How much do you OHP? That's probably the most important lift for delts imo. Higher weights inevitably means more growth, but it's one of the hardest one to progress.

No, it targets all 3 muscle heads. It hits triceps and upper pecs too, but those are secondary movers.

You can do behind the neck press to put extra emphasis on the rear and medial delt, but those are dangerous so I wouldn't recommend those.

Vary it with DBs and BB. When you get more advanced you can incorporate drop sets and push press to get through plateaues.

Ever since I took my antipsychotics; I lost the ability to exercise. I just burn out quickly as fuck, and very rarely can I get a good workout sesh in
 
Guarantee you haven’t done enough long, heavy bulks, and you don’t prioritize progressive overload+intensity/failure in the gym.
