My whole life I have had issues with my sinuses and breathing through my nose, if I look up too high I struggle to breathe. Any advice for surgeries?

How can I get my surgeries subsidised? And are normal surgeons gonna only focus on doing bare minimum to fix breathing while not improving my looks as well?

What should I look out for in regards to conflicting surgeries? Is there any order I must get them in? I suppose I need to come up with a plan of all the surgeries I want

I try to read threads on here to learn too but I js want some clarity

obviously - you gotta pay a premium for that

Marpe would fix your breathing and ascend you

its not just oh I have trouble breathing through my nose thus I need marpe. Your nasal issues, could be due to mainly 4 options 1. deviated septum, allergies, swollen turbinates, or actually skeletal issues such as a retruded mandible or small nasal cavity, before you commit to marpe you should get a xray of your nose to see if your turbinates are swollen (turbinate reduction is a easy surgery) or if you have a deviated septum, if not that you should a allergy test, you should rule those out before marpe unless proven that you have skeletal issues. be careful with marpe as theres a chance it can descend you if you expand too much or aren't with a experienced provider

i have a recessed mandible and maxilla, my side profile is cooked and my palate doesnt really have enought room for my tongue, my face is downward grown in general

That only pushes to the side not forwards
only some lateral is good mainly for fwhr and not cheekbone prominence, the most important for prominence is up, and then forward. which marpe doesn't do ether.
