I've tried all routines.
Calorie surplus. Super high protein. Carbs. Any and all inbetween.
Androgens. Androgenic compounds.
Anti-catabolic drugs. Glucocorticoid antagonism.
Anti-prolactin. P5P, Bromo, etc.
Pro-anabolic drugs. Creatine, moderate test, big eating, etc.
Intense workouts. High reps, low reps, anything inbetween.
Xanax, sleepmaxxing, tons of rest, barely makes a dent/progress.
Still look like shit and got no showy muscles. I'm pushing my mid 30s now and I've been working out since 16. Done manual labor, bodyweight, gym/free weights, every exercise you've never even heard. Worked out longer than some of you lived!
I've gained maybe 10 lbs. of dry muscle in the last 15 years. I have to cut to 170 to be ripped, which is victim weight. A man should never be under 180 with full abs. I have to be skeletal 170 to look toned at 5'11" which is SAD.
Nothing left but permablasting tren, test, superdrol, var in the GRAMS range as a last ditch hope/resort. 1 gram test, 2 grams tren, 500 mg superdrol, 500 mg Anavar A WEEK TOTAL. That's 4 grams of gear a week minimum I'm gonna be doing.
Some men just aren't meant to get muscular despite trying, & that's the truth. I've bulked, cut, bulked, cut and always look like shit/no real progress.
I look like a sick, wristcel, bird boned bitch when I cut down to get abs. I feel weak and like shit. I have to get to a sickly 165-170 & look like a joke.
