I cant chew fuck wisdom teeth and fuck my modern small jaw

I need two extractions now (probably 3 as they will probably do both even tho only one is poking out)
I always have a extraction i need doing for dental abscess

Fuck this shit the dental abscess is fine I cant even feel it but I cant even chew on the other side without my right side TMJ hurting

I can chew non chewy stuff fine it only hurts a little bit.
Its doesnt stop be eating anything just hurts abit
My main concern is that its going to get worse and worse. Its poking through the gum and it seems to be at a bad angle
