idk man i get paranoid some time. my doctor told me i have social anxiety
checked your profile, you’re 14. try to find a small friend group where you can practice basic conversations and eventually you’ll get better. also train your speech to avoid stuttering.

Aside from not being able to communicate in general, do you have any speech issues? as in speaking too fast, too slow, not being able to articulate yourself or not enunciating words correctly?

Okay but can we be more specific, specifically, what's your issue? if you want to solve something, you need to understand the issue properly to address the root cause.

your best bet is walking in public trying to compliment the most people possible. this will truly help you overcome the antisocial curse.

Okay now that's better.
- High inhibition
- Rapid speech
- Stuttering
- Social anxiety.

Obviously all of these issues are related to your social anxiety, however if they happen long enough these oral habits can start to slip into your normal speech, even when you're not that anxious, which could ironically make you more anxious.

I used to have THE EXACT SAME PROBLEMS AS YOU, but I managed to correct them all with time. Here are the solutions I would implement for you.
1. Exposure Therapy: For your social anxiety and social inhibition you need exposure therapy, which means going out, and purposefully talking to people. This is a pretty self-regulated process, when it comes to this I can't tell you "do this" or "do that", because it needs to start a pace on which you feel comfortable. But a great place to start is to go out 1x/week (I used to do it on weekends) to the mall, park, or any similar place, or hell, even at home, and approach someone and start a conversation with them, you can even have a script made to calm the anxiety of "What will I tell them?".

Social anxiety is at its core fear, fear of judgment in social interactions, and the easiest way to remove that fear is to be gradually exposed to the thing, so your mind and body can realize that social interactions are not dangerous. It's even better if you mess up and get embarrassed, because you'll realize, that shit happens and that no one cares.

2. Anxiolytic treatments: An auxiliary protocol you can use on top of exposure therapy is using anxiolytic drugs or compounds, or calming techniques. As far to calming techniques, I have only tried box breathing (which I practice before bed or a presentation) and meditation (which I do every morning). As far as supplements or drugs I can advocate for ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea and L-theanine, I take a supplement with all of them, and it helps tremendously to feel calm and relaxed. As a last measurement when you need to be sure you're not feeling any anxiety at all, previous to a party or big social event is phenibut, this can cause rebound anxiety and quickly become addicting, it's legal and doesn't require prescription too, stick to doses of at most 250mg and don't use days in a row, or more than twice a month, phenibut is excellent at making you feel like a social butterfly and improving verbal fluency.

3. Metronome Speaking: This was a protocol that I used to do daily when I was big into debate clubs and had to deal with my fast speech whenever I was anxious or excited. You get yourself a physical metronome, an app or an online one, and you practice speaking out loud to the beat of the metronome for 15 minutes, you can start with one syllable, then two, then maybe full words. You can also start at 90 bpm, and then increase to as much as 120 bpm. This is a technique used in actual speech therapy and has been proven to work in clinical research.

If you apply this you will fix your issue in no time, but it requires commitment. 2 out of the 3 things I mentioned are pretty much free, the supplements and phenibut are completely optional but they help, THIS IS YOUR SOLUTION, it's up to you if you decide to apply them and fix your issue.

i just have issues talking with girls, starting conversations and stuff.i get nervous fast also
cleared this out in a couple of months, media is your best bet. Seeing how normies talk amongst themselves and especially their tone of voice, observation is key.

- What do they talk about? What’s social acceptable to say in the context? How are you going to move the conversation forward if wanted?

- Drop in casual aspects of your day or what’s going on to buffer out awkward space
- Majority of people are not confortable with silence
- Keep the conversation as natural as possible with body posture and facial expressions (subtle)
