How much lbs of fat have I gained if I eat 5000 Calories the past 4 days.?


My estrogen is very high so Im eating like a girl on her period, this is what happens when you come off steroids, you lose everything and get fat. there is nothing i can do about it.

most people cant control themselves around food like chocolate. its normal. you should just get rid of it entirely from your house. thats what most athletes and fighters do when there trying to eat healthy.
