Well it should. I’m a NW3 from my estimates and I am lucky that my crown doesn’t show any bald spots which means I can focus only on the hairline when I’m getting the transplant.
I tried to research a bit on how many grafts I’d need, but I can’t find accurate results. Ideally I’d like to go from NW3 to NW2 or maybe NW1.5. Possibly I need around 1000-1500 grafts.

Edit: my hairline looks like this, maybe a little bit more recessed.
