u’d think becoming extremely aware of the importance of looks would motivate me more than before but the complete opposite is happening rn. i'm always making up excuses muh metabolism is fast muh skinny body is still attractive to some girls muh energy muh sleep sufficiency muh stress, literally every excuse in the book i can think of

me too, the only exercise i do is walking 30 min a day

definitely not useless when u don't over do it
Useless for looks unless you need a "halo" to your already meh face.

For everyone else however, working out once every 2 weeks for overall strength is fine.

Same. then i got the blackpill shoved down my throat 2 years ago and i haven't stopped ldaring ever since
