Applied for 5 jobs so far in the last week or so and rejected each time. I have no reason to believe the next 5 or 50 will be successful

Applying for entry level shit across different fields. Rejected for lab technician, rejected for police, rejected for warehouse

My plan is to probably apply for more warehouse jobs, or do a security course and get a license and then apply for those. My parents think I shouldn't be doing low skilled jobs after uni but bachelors degrees are pretty much pointless. If u wanna specialise in anything u need at least a masters or years of experience. Having a degree opens some doors to generic grad schemes and shit but for what? I don't even wanna go into any of those lame fields

Anyway, finding a job is impossible, but imma focus on low skilled jobs

I know it's not. But my point is it's not gonna change. Those 5 are representative of the next 1000

I'm gonna be restricted to warehouse jobs for £12/h

apply for a retail or some food store

Stupid moron
I never said that

I said I am applying for warehouse jobs. And that those are the only hope, which is sad when I have a degree. Degrees are a scam unless you go and do a PhD

No you didn't you said "I'm gonna be restricted to warehouse jobs for £12/h" which is different from applying

Just get a college degree, you can easily get into another field with that, just a college degree is enough.

I am applying. The first 3 I was rejected. It's hard to find jobs that meet your criteria. You can't just muh apply to 100. What about location for a start? I am in a predicament where my parents want me out

I did. Unfortunately it's biology related, which is a fucked up field. Science in general requires at least a masters. Even then, I've heard people with masters degrees still working minimum wage lab technician roles. Anyway, degrees don't really mean shit now regardless. The only degrees worth doing are ones that lead to a specific career, e.g. doctor, veterinary etc

if you like walking. try door to door advertising. Those jobs where you go through neighbourhoods and collect leads. They are always searching for people. And the pay is mostly related to the number of leads you have generated.
