Honestly i started now with the new year, here’s what im planning/doing:

-eating healthy, high quality fat and protein and fruits and veggies
-Gym atleast 3 times a week
-Stopping smoking cigs and weed
-Get supplements to increase test
-Get 8h of sleep
-try to live as healthy as possible in general

I started getting some random erections now, but i had to go up from 12%bf to 15% rn to make it happen.

During the day i have no sexual thoughts and get some small weak erections now and then casually.

I can’t make my dick hard like i used too even when i watch porn (mind you i don’t fap at all), and i had sex with a girl 2 weeks ago and my dick didn’t even get hard.

I’m trying my best rn and you should too, we’ll make it bhai.

I even plan to visit a urologist in case my dick doesn’t get back to full hard erections.

I’ll use cialis or viagra next time i know there a chance ill have sex
