I cant get sleep for fucks sake

Since forever i had a problem with sleeping. Ive pulled like 20+ all nigthers in the past 2 years. This night i decided to go to bed relatively early comparing to my normal going to bed hour. Took some melatonin and melisa and in 10 minutes i was out, however after an hour or so i woke up to my heart racing and sending pulses into my brain, i cannot really explain this since you have to feel it in order to understand but it was like this pulses kept me awake. After what felt like 10 minutes i decided to try to calm my heart up and took some deep breaths. While the heart got back to normal i began to imagine very complex shit in my head, something beyond my power and imagination and that it was controlling me. I got into a much similar state a while back but it was much more intense. It was really the same i tried going to bed earlier and then i woke up and everything was warped, time, space even what I saw and who I talked with.


Im genuinely asking for help from anyone that has ever witnessed something similar

i think you need to go to the hospital and have a jewoctor help you
 
just go to the doctor forreal.
The thing is thats seasonal, only in high-stress times it happens. I heard that hormones and stressors are a big play in this but if it continues this way Ill sure go.

bro i tried melatonin,aswhaganda,magnesium bysglicinate ,breathing techniques,going early to bed,exersing before bed ect and nothing helped me going to a doctor wouldnt help me either i sleep for no more then 5 hours while waking up at least 3 times per night

Mirtazipine does wonders for me
 
Go a lil deeper with it
ITs an ssri which can be used as a sleeping med

First time I took it, it was almost like anesthesia. But nowadays it kinda just helps me fall asleep and fall back asleep when I wake up during the night so I can consistently get 8hrs
