Its sooo fucking dificult.....iam doing bench twice a week and my strenght is really really good but uts soo hard to put on muscle there....i need too wait three months too see any small changes

I had the same problem, started doing chest twice a week. The problem is not enough muscle to mind connection and knowing how to actually activate your chest. Go watch athleanx's videos you'll get there. can pm chest.

I already am....i mean my chest looks big and broad but it is flat
I don’t know just keep getting stronger, might be harder to fill out a big frame assuming ur clavicles are wide

It's because your triceps and shoulders are carrying your bench press.

It's not that your form is bad, it's just that your chest is most likely undeveloped or average so for bench press, your triceps and shoulders do most of the work. Iirc chest mostly works in the lower half of the rep. Midway to when you touch the barbell to your chest. I'm thinking of doing half reps from the bottom to the mid to activate my chest more.

I had the same issue, for your main "Upper Body/Pushing Movement" espically if you're natural switch to the standing over head press. On top of building the deltoids it builds the upper chest & give the "full" look you're looking for. Post pics btw.

Weighted dips. Watch alphadestiny on youtube. You are not going to have a big chest at 15 - I only got chest progress in my mid 18s.

I bench 160 kg and my chest is still shit house.

Try using a wide grip, I suppose you use a medium grip like most people. Also supplement with dumbell exercises to target upper/lower separately. Some people have triceps which grow fast from bench compared to chest and since it seems like you are one of those, add more volume for chest specific exercises.

Pause benching

When you bring the bar down, make sure you pause and let the bar rest on your chest for a second or two before you press it back up. Its the only thing that made my chest grow. I scrapped every other chest exercise when i started pause benching becuase it worked that well.

caging at chestlets, when I gymcelled my chest was the first thing I noticed to develop muscle mass. I know you're already doing this OP but for those struggling, start doing chest more than once and start doing cable flies, they helped me increase my bench and also developed my pecs

I am litearly doing chest 2 times a week bro....on summer I used to do it almost every day

If you're not eating 6 meals a day and sleeping for 10... what the actual fuck do you mean your chest cant grow... of course it cant. Also.. Twice a week... twice a week... I don't even think you want a bigger chest. Hit it 4 times a week

you CAN get big natty... you just have to work for it. These fragile incels complaining "oh I need roids because my balls havent dropped far enough to actually work for something". I know 90% of you fucks drink your 3 soylent meals a day with your 1 hour workout 3 days a week then go home and skip sleep for fucking skyrim and then get pissed when you dont grow... OF COURSE YOURE NOT.
