is this autism. i always have to know exactly whats going to happen on a certain day, where i will be and who i will be meeting. if im caught off guard or something goes slightly wrong it feels like fraud exposure and i cant control anything anymore, i get anxious and dont know what to say because everything went off cript.

its mostly with looks. i dont get enough social interactions which is why each one feels really high stake and if im caught off guard it feels like fraud exposure. i was offered to sleep over at my friends place because it was too late to go by train but i declined because that would mean they would see me unfrauded and i would skip my skincare routine which i cant afford
