So do I go to an autism counseller or something? Looking back on it they tried to diagnose me with autism when I was 15 but I just said I was not autistic until they left me alone

But try those things
Read a story out loud, try to take the right tone, talk distinctly. Film yourslef while doing so and look back at what you did wrong. Correct it.
Simule a conversation with someone else while filming. Improve whats lacking
look at yourself in the mirror, make facial expressions, experiment
Put yourself in different situations, and try to act as good as you can in your head

Repeat that and you'll become very good at it
