I find it helpful to come from a point of being happy with just the “self”. I understand lookism and stand by it. But these things have to come as an addition to your worthy inner self, as a sort of embellishment or garland to tie off who you are inside. It really helps your self esteem if you’ve done the impossible, like gotten laid at your worst physical and aesthetic condition. Or overcoming an impossible challenge at the most beat down stage. You never know who yoh arr or what you are capable of unless you are at your wits end and then you get a glimpse of who you actually are underneath. You need not go to extremes to prove these things to yourself, but what i stated are facts. This is why endurance training is so important to train the mind.

Trauma release through letting go. When you’re triggered, identify the physical knots associated with the trigger, start to go deeper and deeper to the first time you experienced it. And time to let it go. It’s a meditative process. Lemme know if you wanna know more.
