is it because my bone age is 14

i bulk and eat clean food

but i cant make MAKE GAINS

my testosterone is:
total Test 341
free Test 70.9
estrogen ultra sensitive: 15
igf1 mid 300s

are you packing on scale weight?
yeah my bodyfat is going up and im going up on the scale but muscle mass is like barely moving

nah i was on a cycle i was building muscle like crazy i gained 15 lbs in 4 months but when i hopped off muscle gains are almost non existent

only strength is going up

Count your intake it’s not that hard. Every one who’s serious about the gym counts their intake weighs their food, etc.

thats fucking useless every meal i eat has protein i promise you im not undder eating protein and you dont need copius amounts anyway. i didnt count shit when i was on a cycle and i gained extreme amounts of muscle mass quickly im eating the same now probably even more since i have better experience its probably just my testosterone being so low

That’s why you can’t build muscle without drugs. You think you know everything too. Just hop back on drugs like every other lazy retard your age.

Looks like you kept the muscle atleast. Were you on trt or higher doses?
i wasnt on trt i only did some hgh + ai
ai made my testosterone skyrocket like crazy since i was over dosing it a bit

then i hopped off recently

I see. Are you eating low carb and high protein? That might be why you gained muscle on hgh but then stopped.

i eat a shit ton of chipolte bowls i also drink fair life protein drinks the 42 g one

Thats not what I mean. Im saying if ur not eating enough carbs and mostly protein you would make less gains
 
Just do more cycles, natty lifting is a joke anyway and a pointless waste of time for those without top 10% genetics considering what the threshold is now to have what’s seen as a decent body.
