Whatever I do I can't seem to lose fat. I don't measure my weight I just look in the mirror.

not sure
but i was 101kg at 181cm height
now im 91kg
i'd estimate around 25% bf, was maybe 30+ before
to be fair my clothes definitely feel different now, but i dont see any body difference

It's brutal 25-18 I saw little changes but still looked and felt same for all purposes. Many say 18-12 is the most visual difference so I hope I start seeing changes soon

Gotta go scale! Change your diet. Stop drinking soda shit. Avoid bread, but if must, one sum per day. No fast food shit! Unless you're strength training, well, you can eat whatever the fuck you want! But if you're aiming for skinny, that's where we depart.

oh tip: dont fast, make sure you get at least some calories in each say so your body continues the metabolic processes naturally and doesnt go into safe mode conserving all its weight, if you fast you will lose mostly water weight and whatever, if u want legit fat burning u need to get very low calories but every day, its harder but its the way to go

also eat your 1 meal in the mornings if you dont workout, but if you do workout then eat right after your workout
