I can't smile at people

Don't know why, but anytime someone smiles at me, like a cashier or classmate etc i just cant smile back. I raise my eyebrows to look more friendly as i cant smile. Me never smiling back compared with my giga low trust eye area makes people think i'm rude/bitter but i physically cant smile back its like the muscles in my face become paralyzed. I never smile when approaching people either
