To be honest, all his advice is complete and utter bullshit. That video he made the other day, where he reacted to a guy making a vegetable tier list, was absolute garbage. He uses fancy terminology to make himself sound educated and knowledgeable, but when you actually look into what he's saying, you’ll realize that all his advice is nonsense

Can I? Yes. Do I want to? No. That’s what the internet is for—do some research
Yes, but where? How do I know what sources to trust. I've done some research and I thought an omnivorous diet was optimal, but after spending some time with other sides I'm confused. I also don't know if eating carbs is good, most people have told me they're good especially since I'm 15 so I should still be growing, but others say you should only eat fats and protein.

So if you could recommend some sources, I'm willing to read them. I don't need the information spoon-fed to me.

Is an Omnivorous diet optimal? Yes, an omnivorous diet provides all the essential nutrients you need such as amino acids, vitamins, minerals. Should you eat Carbs? Yes, Carbs are the primary energy source for most people. Especially as you are 15, you shouldn't be avoiding Carbs as they help with muscle growth, brain function and recovery

Ok, so I can trust typical sources? People here say they are false because of Jews which seems odd/untrue. Sorry to ask so many questions.

Lol yes. Who do you think is more reliable experts who peer-review these sources, like on PubMed, or edgelords on looksmax.org? jfl

I'm bad at doubting things, not sure if that makes sense. Maybe I am just stupid.
