I can't take tretinoin or accutane what should i do?

So i recently been worried about my acne adn i wanted to try accutane but then i realized it has a decent chance of causesing premature growth plate maturation
and im already quit short compared to my genes so i def not hoppin on that shit, then i wanted to try tretinoin but that shit makes your skin age and thins out fat pads.
Are there any alternatives that fix acne and mild scarring without those harsh side effects?

I grew 15 cm on accutane, just take the risk.

im also stacking anastrozole with it so it reduces the chances of premature growth plate fusion by alot
but then how do i counter the bone mineral density sides?
