I can't tell if I have a wide bidelt or just a really narrow waist.

So basically I'm on a bulk and my waist is pretty narrow naturally and my shoulders look wide, but I heard that a wide bidelt should be 3 head widths but mine is more like 2.5 head widths however my shoulder to hip is like 1.75.

Should I just train delts a lot more or what?
