I can’t tell if I’m ND or NT

Obviously even having to think abt it makes me think im ND. I have no issue talking to women but in crowds I feel so awkward and out of place. 1 on 1 im fine but if im in a group that has some people idk, I hate it. Confusing

I became more autistic and ND as I got older, 2 years ago I was able to interact with anyone just fine but now I severely struggle interacting with anyone that isn't mentally retarded. Everyone to me is just a soulless robot, might be because I live in a rich suburban American town but idk I need to graduate and move away

me neither, sometimes when im alone or at home ill just talk to myself or make random noises for no fucking reason but it seems like alot of people do the same. maybe its just me being a teenager, or maybe it's me being ND (hopefully its the first one)

Yeah I think I got a lot worse during Covid. I was a senior in high school and then went to college right after, nobody was making friends at that time
