I can't type normally anymore

Ever since I joined incel sites I started having trouble writing like a normal person. It wasn't really bad until I joined this site a month ago. Now I always find myself accidentally putting "jfl" on my texts when talking to my normal friends. The way I type on this site has become my default state

i used to be a pretty good writer. teachers always liked my writing in my AP english classes. now all i can write is "jfl this" "jfl" that"

Aphasias:
