I can’t use the bathroom if the shower isn’t on

I’m paranoid that someone will hear me doing my business doesn’t matter which business but I don’t want them to hear

Even if it’s pee and even if there’s no one in the house it’s literally so embarrassing I have to have the shower on so the sound of anything will not be heard
