I cant watch anything unless its on 1.5-2x speed

My attention span is so fucking bad JFL, I cant watch any show movie or video without speeding it up partly because I'm extremely impatient and irritable but mostly because of dogshit focus.

Studying got infinitely harder this year and my grades fell off so fucking hard, its a good thing I already had early admission into uni because I couldn't study for more than 10min without several breaks. Will for sure be buying adderal so I can maintain a 3.7+
